Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT professional to support the delivery, implementation, and continuous improvement of technology solutions that enable business processes and operations. In this role, you will collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements, support applications and system integrations, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to technology initiatives from development through implementation and ongoing support.

What you will do:

• Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT applications and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand needs, gather requirements, and translate them into practical technology solutions.
• Provide application support, investigate issues, identify root causes, and contribute to effective problem resolution.
• Participate in application development and support activities using technologies such as .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Visual Studio.
• Support system integrations, interfaces, APIs, databases, and other components within the application ecosystem.
• Participate in testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), release activities, and implementation of new or enhanced solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, business requirements, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to process improvement and digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Work collaboratively across technical and business teams, communicating effectively with different stakeholders.
• Stay curious about emerging technologies and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What you will have:

IT Standards, Procedures & Policies: Basic understanding of IT policies, standards, and procedures; ability to follow established practices and understand their importance in supporting secure, consistent, and compliant technology operations.

Application Delivery Process: Basic understanding of application delivery methodologies, major tasks, deliverables, and the collaboration required between IT and business teams to deliver new or enhanced applications.

IT Environment: Basic understanding of IT functions, departments, initiatives, roles, and responsibilities; ability to gather information on technology projects and support effective IT operations.

System and Technology Integration: Knowledge of systems, applications, data, technology platforms, and interfaces; ability to support integration initiatives, migration plans, and communication across technologies.

Basic requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Pre-Advanced English.
• Experience or knowledge in Information Technology, systems, applications, technology implementation, or technology support.
• Basic understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Top candidates will also have:

• Experience with .NET development / Support
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC / Web API / Visual Studio
• Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Systems Analysis, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience supporting application delivery, system implementation, technology integration, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, testing, user acceptance testing, or release support.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications, databases, APIs, interfaces, cloud platforms, infrastructure, or integration tools.
• Experience creating documentation, process flows, standard operating procedures, or technical/business requirements.
• Curiosity for emerging technologies and continuous improvement mindset.

Note: This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
