Role Definition:
Coordinates and executes shipping and logistics activities to support the timely and accurate movement of products to customers. Performs system transactions, prepares shipping documentation, invoices, and packing lists, and arranges transportation with carriers and freight forwarders. Ensures compliance with applicable shipping requirements while providing administrative and operational support for order fulfilment and customer shipments.
Responsibilities:
• Arranging for adjustments or replacements for lost or damaged merchandise.
• Keeping records for incoming shipments and products; checking the quantity, quality and basic condition of contents to ensure alignment with original order.
• Moving shipments to the proper departments and maintaining records for reference.
• Preparing invoices, shipping documents and mailing labels; keeping records of all shipments.
Degree Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• Flexibility and Adaptability: Knowledge of successful approaches and techniques for dealing with change; ability to adapt to a changing environment and be comfortable with change.
• Import/Export - MFG: Knowledge of issues, procedures, tools and practices of importing and exporting; ability to import and export goods to and from international locations.
• Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
• Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
• Transportation - MFG: Knowledge of transportation; ability to transport materials and goods to and from suppliers, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities and customers.
Top candidates will also have:
• Experience in a document clerk, shipping clerk, logistics assistant, or similar administrative logistics role.
• Experience working with freight forwarders, transportation providers, or within a logistics, supply chain, or shipping department.
• Strong documentation, data entry, and administrative skills with a high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Fluent English communication skills; Arabic language skills are considered an asset.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation, invoicing, packing lists, and logistics processes.
Additional information:
• This is a full-time, office-based position requiring regular onsite presence.
