- Assist in the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Microsoft Power Apps applications.
- Support Power Apps administration, including user access management, troubleshooting, and system documentation.
- Collaborate with Quality Engineers and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into digital solutions.
- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to improve process efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Support data collection, analysis, and visualization through Microsoft Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects related to quality management systems and business processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Provide first-level support for Power Platform users and resolve system-related issues.
