We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Test Engineer with 6–8 years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks, ensuring product quality through functional, regression, API, and end-to-end testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore PSN Office
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
• Create and execute automated test scripts for web, API, and backend applications.
• Analyse requirements and prepare test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
• Perform root cause analysis for test failures and production issues.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Review automation code and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Mentor junior automation engineers and share best practices.
• Provide test metrics, quality reports, and automation coverage updates.
Degree Requirement
• Bachelor's or master’s in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
