Job Summary:

Oversee daily first-shift machining operations at the facility, ensuring efficient production flow, alignment with operational standards, and consistent execution of safety, quality, and performance expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead staffing, development, and performance programs for operations staff.

• Ensure safety, scheduling, and performance standards are consistently met.

• Implement measures to enhance safety, reduce costs, and ensure quality.

• Maintain regulatory compliance and a safe work environment.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relates to the field

• Advanced English

• Knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering and Operations including Safety Management, Performance Management, Project Planning, Manufacturing Standards and NPI/NSI Process.

Additional Information:

• Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon.

• Open Positions: 2

• This position is six days a week in-office model.

• Night Shift (10:00 pm to 6:24 am) or weekends (Thursday to Monday from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am)
