Role Definition
Supports the business by delivering HR operational services, employee support, and administrative activities to ensure efficient HR processes and positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
• Contributes to operational excellence in HR by efficiently and accurately executing processes related to employment compliance, HR related local government work, benefits administration, employee data management, facility-level employee experience and engagement communications and activities, visitor management and coordination.
• Provides an excellent communication and service experience when executing employee-facing processes.
• Supports the maintenance of an HR Operations knowledge database and the gathering and reporting of HR operational metrics.
Degree Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or above desired.
Basic Qualifications
- This is an entry-level HR position that can provide a solid foundation for long-term career development in Human Resources. It’s open to fresh graduates or candidates without prior HR experience.
- Proficiency in using digital tools or platforms (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, or similar).
- Curious, passionate, proactive, and open to innovation.
- Experience or exposure to project coordination or project management is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
