We don't just talk about progress and innovation here – we make it happen, with our customers, where we work and live. Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.
Caterpillar’s BCP division is hiring for Engineering Manager in Clayton or Sanford NC.
Role Summary:
This role leads the Virtual Product Development (VPD) organization for Building Construction Products, which includes the areas of Finite Element Analysis, Cost Analytics, and Checking & Releasing. Additionally, this role provides divisional leadership for structures by hosting a quarterly structures forum, advising on key design considerations, and encouraging cross-pollination of ideas across all products. This role is also responsible for enabling world-class product quality by managing the division’s Checking & Releasing team for engineering drawings.
Finally, this role leads BCP Engineering’s North American university recruiting efforts, collaborating with a team of local recruiters to deliver an annual recruiting strategy, and representing BCP in Caterpillar’s enterprise recruiting forums.
