The DACS - Digital Adoption and Customer Success (CAT Digital) team is looking for a Lead Digital Transformation Project Manager to strategize, oversee, coordinate, and execute strategic transformation initiatives throughout the organization. This position will play a central role in Digital Transformation and the delivery of projects that support innovation, team culture and transformation. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all initiatives are executed with measurable outcomes, aligned with organizational goals. The role plays a critical role in accelerating Digital adoption across Global teams by fostering cross functional collaboration and accountability.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive Digital Transformation Execution
  • Analyze pain points across the organization and Design & Prioritize Impact-Driven Initiatives
  • Define and sequence initiatives that engagement and Digital Culture.
  • Orchestrate Cross-Functional Alignment – Align product team, field, and enablement teams to ensure cohesive execution of transformation initiatives.
  • Champion change management initiatives that embed digital behaviors, foster innovation, and strengthen a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive training programs and learning journeys (e.g., UYDG, mentoring) to strengthen digital fluency at scale.
  • Embed Digital Mindset Across Stakeholders – Partner with HR, business units, and dealer teams to institutionalize digital behaviors and adoption practices.
  • Track and manage diverse projects milestones, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Maintain program/project documentation and provide transparent status updates to senior leadership.
  • Support Internal and external events to Build Team culture showcase digital transformation impact.

What You Will Have:

Planning: Tactical & Strategic:

  • Ability to integrate project planning into broader business objectives.
  • Strong skills in project Management, resource planning and alignment with organizational strategy.

Decision-Making & Critical Thinking:

  • Skilled at analyzing options, anticipating impacts, and facilitating decisions through consultative or consensus-based approaches.
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical and business information into clear, actionable insights.

Data & Reporting

  • Proficiency in data gathering, analysis, and reporting.

Communication & Relationship Management

  • Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Skilled in tailoring complex information into clear, actionable messages for leadership, technical, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong presence with proven facilitation and negotiation skills.

Considerations For Top Candidates:

  • Extensive experience leading digital initiatives in complex, multinational organizations
  • Proven ability to deliver digital transformation projects owning the full lifecycle from initiation to deployment and adoption
  • Experienced in project management and working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong coordination skills, high flexibility, and ability to execute quickly under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership
  • Ability to create and design executive‑ready presentations and visuals, including high‑impact PowerPoint and video content
  • Experience with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies (preferred)

Summary Pay Range:

$128,470.00 - $192,710.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
