【工作内容】
1、负责非标自动化设备及生产线的日常巡检、故障诊断与紧急维修，确保设备稳定运行；
2、执行电气控制系统（PLC、变频器、伺服驱动等）的定期保养、参数优化及元器件更换工作；
3、依据三班倒排班计划，按时到岗处理突发停机事故，快速恢复生产秩序并记录维修日志；
4、参与新设备安装调试及旧设备电气改造，协助技术部门优化电路设计以提升设备效率；
5、严格遵守安全操作规程，排查电气火灾隐患，落实设备维护保养台账管理要求。

【任职要求】
1、机电工程、电气自动化等相关专业中专及以上学历，持有特种作业操作证（低压电工证）；
2、具备3年以上非标设备或重工行业电气维修经验，熟悉西门子、三菱等主流PLC系统；
3、能熟练识读电气原理图，掌握万用表、示波器等检测工具使用及常见故障排除技巧；
