Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assist our training specialist with multiple admin tasks
• Basic Graphic Design
• Multimedia tasks for the China Learning Center screens, course promotion, etc.
• Social media content creation for channels such as: Yammer Community, Instagram
• Improving Customer experience in our Learning Center
• Supporting instructor to do the preparation before the course or clean up after the course
• Supporting Learning center with requests that may include report creation, data analytics, and content creation
• Assistance with regional training and new product release events
• Assistance with dealer and customer events

Required Qualifications:

• Recent Graduate
• Background in Marketing social media, Communication, Photoshop, drafting Newsletters, Multimedia Apps
• Degree in Marketing, Multimedia or Engineering, mechanically minded person will be advantageous
• Quick Learner, Team Player, Self-Starter
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within diverse teams.
