Job Summary

Provide deep technical leadership for the MineStar <Productivity Services domain >, owning architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, resilient solutions within the domain. Drive engineering excellence, influence long-term strategy, and ensure alignment with MineStar modernization goals while partnering closely with product, platform, and cross-domain teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Domain Technical Leadership

• Act as the technical authority for the MineStar <Productivity Services domain >

• Own domain architecture, system design, and critical technical decisions

• Define domain-level standards, patterns, and best practices

• Review and govern design proposals, major changes, and cross-domain integrations

2. Architecture & Solution Design

• Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance domain services

• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and MineStar platform guidelines

• Drive modular, API-driven, and service-oriented architecture within the domain

• Balance trade-offs across performance, scalability, reliability, and cost

3. End-to-End Domain Delivery

• Own technical delivery across the domain lifecycle (design → build → deploy → operate)

• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, production-grade solutions

• Partner with engineering managers to ensure execution aligns with priorities and roadmap

4. Engineering Excellence & Operational Quality

• Establish and enforce engineering best practices within the domain

• Drive operational excellence using engineering metrics, reliability practices, and continuous improvement

• Lead initiatives for performance optimization, scalability, and system reliability

5. Cross-Domain & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with Product, Architects, and other domain leaders to align priorities

• Ensure smooth integration across MineStar domains (e.g., Services ↔ Platform ↔ Autonomy)

• Engage with global teams for requirements, design reviews, and delivery alignment

6. Innovation & Modernization

• Drive domain-specific innovation and modernization initiatives

• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve system capability and efficiency

• Challenge legacy approaches and lead transformation efforts within the domain

7. Technical Mentorship & Influence

• Mentor senior engineers and technical leads across the domain

• Influence engineering culture and promote best practices

• Act as a multiplier by uplifting overall technical capability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering (Computer Science preferred)

• 12+ years of experience building scalable, enterprise-grade systems

• Strong expertise in system design, distributed architectures, and reliability

• Proven track record of driving large-scale technical initiatives

Additional Information:

• This position requires working onsite five days a week
