At MWM, we are looking for an experienced Process Engineering Team Lead who enjoys combining technical expertise with people leadership.

This is not a purely managerial position. You will lead and develop a team of Process Engineers while remaining actively involved in engineering design, technical calculations, and project execution.

Your Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Process Engineers
• Plan and coordinate team priorities, workload, and technical activities
• Support engineers in solving complex technical challenges
• Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
• Contribute to the development of engineering standards and best practices

Process Engineering & Project Delivery

• Remain actively involved in engineering projects and technical decision-making
• Develop and review Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
• Perform engineering calculations, including heat balances and process analyses
• Calculate and define technical parameters for Balance of Plant (BoP) systems
• Prepare technical specifications for equipment and power plant systems
• Review and evaluate customer technical requirements and specifications
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, technical standards, and industry regulations
• Collaborate closely with Project Management, Sales, Customers, and other Engineering disciplines

What We're Looking For

You are an experienced Process Engineer who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role without losing touch with the technical side of engineering.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Several years of experience in Process Engineering
• Experience within power generation, energy, industrial equipment, machinery, or related industries
• Strong understanding of P&IDs, heat balances, engineering calculations, and equipment specifications
• Experience with gas engines, power plants, Balance of Plant systems, or a willingness to quickly learn in this area
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating engineering teams
• Ability to combine technical expertise with effective people leadership
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Professional communication skills in English
