Role Summary
As part of the newly created DACS Division, the Product Adoption Consultant (PAC) – Cat AI Assistant serves as the subject matter expert for Cat® AI Assistant and leads its go-to-market, adoption, and value realization across Caterpillar’s digital ecosystem in the EAME region.
This is a highly customer-facing and dealer-facing consultative role requiring strong business acumen and the ability to translate AI capabilities into practical solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and digital engagement. The role also acts as an AI champion within the EAME DACS team, driving internal AI adoption and capability development.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Cat AI Assistant capabilities, use cases, roadmap, and business applications across Cat Digital Ecosystem.
- Lead go-to-market and adoption strategies for Cat AI Assistant across the EAME region.
- Partner with DACS teams, dealers, and customers to identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases and adoption opportunities.
- Design and deliver demonstrations, onboarding, enablement, training, and change management programs that accelerate adoption and business value realization.
- Drive internal AI adoption within EAME DACS through education, coaching, and best-practice sharing.
- Gather customer and dealer feedback, monitor adoption metrics and business outcomes, and communicate field insights to influence product enhancements and future capabilities.
- Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional stakeholders to align on product capabilities, launches, and adoption priorities.
- Develop scalable playbooks, best practices, success stories, and communication materials to support regional deployment and capability building.

- Demonstrates hands-on AI capability by designing, configuring, and experimenting with AI agents and workflows to solve business problems and improve productivity.

Additional Information:
- Travel for this role is estimated at 40% within EAME region.
- A valid Swiss work permit or Swiss or EU-25/EFTA citizenship is required for this position.
- There is no relocation and no Visa sponsorship.
