Job Summary
This role sits within Caterpillar China’s Electrification and Energy Solutions (E+ES) team, based in Qingzhou, and supports electrification projects in Qingdao and Wuxi. You will lead rapid electrification system integration, on-machine validation, and solution iteration for E+ES and SEM programs.

Key Responsibilities｜主要职责
• Lead electrification system integration for China RED projects, including requirement decomposition, interface definition, and packaging coordination.
主导中国区RED项目的电气化系统集成，包括需求分解、接口定义及布置协调。
• Drive machine-level fit-up and system integration in Qingzhou to support rapid validation of new concepts.
在青州推动整机装机与系统集成，支持新概念快速验证。
• Coordinate battery, e-powertrain, control, thermal, and charging systems to ensure seamless system-level integration.
协调电池、电驱、控制、热管理及充电系统，确保系统级无缝集成。
• Lead system-level design reviews, DFMEA, DVP planning, and validation execution.
主导系统级设计评审、DFMEA、DVP规划及验证执行。
• Plan and support test bench integration and validation activities

• Lead root cause analysis and issue resolution during prototype build, commissioning, and testing.

• Collaborate with Qingdao/Wuxi engineering teams, QPG test engineers, and suppliers to accelerate technical iteration.
与青岛/无锡工程团队、QPG测试工程师及供应商协作，加速技术方案迭代。
• Support machine testing and field validation activities at QPG
支持QPG整机测试及现场验证活动
• Ensure timely closure of technical issues and readiness for implementation.

Required Skills｜任职要求
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.
本科及以上学历，电气工程、机电一体化、机械工程、控制工程或相关专业。
• Hands-on experience with electrification systems, e-powertrain, battery systems, or machine/system integration.
具备电气化系统、电驱系统、电池系统或整机/系统集成的实操经验。
• Experience in prototype integration, machine fit-up, or rapid validation activities.
具备样机集成、整机装机或快速验证相关经验。
• Familiarity with electrified machine development processes, including design review, validation, and issue resolution.

• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary systems across electrical, mechanical, and control domains.

• Experience in off-highway equipment or construction machinery electrification.
