岗位职责

主要负责设备的保养及维修工作，帮助团队找出故障的根本原因，完善TPM；支持产线的各项工作；并积极寻找设备不足以发现新的改善机会；另外还有完成主管分配的其他工作。

岗位要求

1、 正直，良好的沟通能力，强烈的责任心和团队精神。
2、 有低压电工证
3、 大专及以上学历，电气相关专业，机电一体化优先
4、 必须有五年及以上的电气维修或调试工作经验。
5、 能绘制电路图，看懂气动及液压原理图
6、 熟练掌握西门子PLC编程软件（STEP 7&博图），掌握Fanuc机器人编程调试者优先
7、 了解CAD软件，能绘制简单图纸
8、 设备预防维护计划的编制，能合理安排工作
9、 具备良好的5S和TPM (全员生产维护) 理念
10、 熟悉故障根本原因分析（鱼骨、5WHY、8D...）
11、 具备良好的安全意识：个人连续12个月无任何因个人原因导致的伤害记录
12、 熟练的Excel、word操作技能及基本的Power Point、Outlook技能。
