Job Summary

Cybersecurity Technical Coordinator is the Business Unit liaison with Product Support & Logistics Division (PSLD), Cybersecurity team. This position is responsible for representing PSLD on all Cybersecurity initiatives, centralised technical leadership across PSLD, managing PSLD Cybersecurity Metrics, and coordinating implementation of Enterprise Cybersecurity directives across PSLD. This role is also responsible for implementation of security controls governance and risk management practices, and improve overall cybersecurity posture across all PSLD applications, infrastructure, cloud, and factory/OT environments.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide cybersecurity leadership and advisory services to PSLD stakeholders on securing applications, infrastructure, cloud, and OT environments.
  • Act as the central coordination point for cybersecurity activities across PSLD to ensure consistent execution and governance.
  • Drive implementation of enterprise cybersecurity policies, standards, and control requirements across all platforms.
  • Lead and support vulnerability management programs including identification, prioritization, remediation tracking, and reporting across IT, application, cloud, and OT assets.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to embed security controls within SDLC and operational processes, leveraging automation where applicable.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in risk identification, assessment, and remediation planning, ensuring timely closure of security gaps.
  • Support and manage Governance Risk and Compliance activities, including audit readiness, control validation, risk treatment, and compliance reporting.
  • Develop and maintain cybersecurity scorecards and dashboards to provide visibility into risk posture, remediation status, and performance metrics to leadership.
  • Drive adoption of secure-by-design and DevSecOps principles across PSLD teams and solutions.
  • Lead and participate in security assessments, threat modeling, penetration testing, and tabletop exercises.
  • Establish and maintain security processes, standards, and best practices for PSLD environments.
  • Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to application and infrastructure teams to enhance cybersecurity awareness and capabilities.
  • Partner with enterprise cybersecurity and Segment teams to align PSLD initiatives with global security strategy and standards.
  • Support evaluation and deployment of security tools and technologies to strengthen system and data protection.
  • Prioritize cybersecurity initiatives and activities to ensure focus on highest business risk and value.
  • Engage with senior leadership on risk posture, remediation priorities, and cybersecurity strategy execution.

Qualified Candidates Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/technology, Information Security, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in ERP/SaaS/PaaS applications, and Open-sourced Technologies, Application/IT security domains.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Enterprise cybersecurity frameworks and policies
    • Vulnerability management and risk assessment
    • Secure SDLC and DevSecOps practices
    • Cloud, infrastructure, and OT/ICT security concepts
    • Experience working across multiple technology domains (Applications, Infrastructure, Cloud, OT).
    • Familiarity with security tools such as Qualys, SAST/DAST, Wiz, Nozomi or equivalent platforms.
    • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work across global teams.
    • Ability to communicate risks and insights to technical and senior leadership audiences.
    • Cybersecurity certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CSSLP, GIAC or equivalent).
