We are looking for a skilled IT Analyst Applications (Infor Baan/ERP LN Developer) to join our Applications Development & Intelligence Automation -CAT IT Division Bangalore Team.

The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore PSN Office, KA-India

What you will do

We are looking for an experienced Infor Baan/ERP LN Developer with 5+ years of hands‑on technical development experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Infor Baan/LN applications. This role focuses on technical execution, coding, troubleshooting, and delivering high‑quality ERP enhancements aligned with business needs.

• Develop, customize, and enhance Infor Baan/LN applications using appropriate development tools and technologies.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, functional consultants, and end users to understand requirements and implement technical changes.
• Experience with development in LNCE using Studio.
• Participate in ERP development activities including coding, unit testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring stable and efficient system performance.
• Maintain technical documentation including design specs, development logs, and configuration details.
• Assist in ERP upgrades, patches, and performance optimization efforts.
• Stay current with Infor LN/Baan technical capabilities, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to internal development standards, security guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Provide post‑implementation technical support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you will have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Infor Baan or Infor LN ERP systems
• Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or related domains.
• Experience in customization and development.
• Proficiency in Baan/LN tools, scripting, and reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Infor LN latest versions and cloud deployments.
• A good understanding of application lifecycle management, change management, and production release mechanisms desired.
• Certification in Infor Baan/LN or related modules.

Additional Information:

• Work Timings: 01:00 Noon -10:00PM IST

• This position requires the employee to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.

• Supports the project leader in developing and executing system test plans.
• Evaluates system documentation and user manuals for usability, accuracy and completeness.
• Executes test cases, analyzes test results and reports on findings regularly.
