Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily team operations to ensure alignment with the set daily plan.
• Supervise subordinates to achieve PQVC goals.
• Ensure all team members comply with company regulations and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S principles.
• Solve basic work-related problems and collaborate with relevant teams to prevent and resolve issues.
• Ensure operations adhere to standard work procedures and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring problems.
• Encourage continuous improvement through CI Card system initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or higher education level.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Strong creativity and innovative thinking.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to analyze situations and solve problems effectively.
• Proficiency in essential computer programs (Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD).
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, plan work, and meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a team and collaborate smoothly with external departments.
