Role Definition
D&O team key role, this position is responsible for:
1. Key customers order handle & demand forecast management, meet D&O KPI.
2. Key role in CCMC S&OP process to ensure S&OP sales volume timely release, QG for S&OP MH & COS and S&OP infobub digital project and continual maintenance.
3. As a NPI control role in SC to weekly follow up NPI steps with standardized check list, to avoid current NPI issue, such as pending too long time for customer orders, demand Phase in & phase out not at same time issue, and raw materials issue, to avoid negative impact on inventory etc.
4. Expert in D&O team and assist manager in creating a more efficient D&O team through digitalization projects, expert at PBI, Power Automate, Power Apps.
5. D&O CBS key user to solve special CBS SD problems and continually maintain the lesson learn book.
6. Support D&O analysts to solve challenges with customer demand change and collaboration.
7. Support D&O process & working instruction continual improvement.
8. Other tasks assigned by leaders.
Qualifications:
1) bachelor’s degree (related to Supply Chain is better)
2) Good at written and oral English.
3) Strong analysis skill and familiar with Digital tools (Such as PowerBI, Power Automate, Power Apps, VBA etc.)
3) 3-5 years' relevant work experience in supply chain
4) Able to work independently with overseas customers
5) Knowledge of SAP is necessary.
6) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7) Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organization and communication skills

• Develops, implements and evaluates demand management program goals and KPIs.
• Participates in establishing procedures for planning, implementing and monitoring demand management strategies.
• Reviews reports used for demand management to find out related problems.
• Trains others on implementing and supporting demand management.
Forecasting: Knowledge of forecasting tools, approaches and practices; ability to determine product demand and estimate production requirements and loads.
Level Extensive Experience:
• Monitors effectiveness of sales and production forecasting systems; adjusts as necessary.
• Advises others in the selection and implementation of demand forecasting and management software.
• Trains others on implementing approaches for creating annual and long-term demand forecasts.
• Integrates input from diverse sources to produce demand forecasts for multiple products or regions.
• Selects appropriate forecasting techniques for each product line and plant.
• Teaches others about the use and impact of historical data in forecasting.
