岗位职责 :
1、至少能独立完成2条机器人焊接线的任何工位和需要的所有关键焊接工位，工作任务包括机器人焊接，手工焊接、外观检查、诊断、返工，至少是2种产品系列
2、能培训机器人焊接学徒、机器人焊接技术员、机器人焊接专员，能帮助他们来获得一般焊接和关键机器人焊接工位的工作资质
3、在共享MRO物料管理、5S和TPM审核方面作为协调者，当生产线停线或相同类问题发生时及时联系主管和相关的人员
4、根据既定的节拍时间负责完成工作任务
5、参加班前PID会议，根据之前的生产情况提出建议，跟踪并落实所有主管所提出的需求
6、正确穿戴所必要的PPE，严格遵守所有安全方针以避免伤害
7、通过填写CI卡，积极地参与发现问题和风险的公司活动
8、及时完成所需要的培训，并完成所有其他与工作相关的培训
9、积极地学习所有与工作相关的CPS，Lean和6Sigma的知识，并应用到工作中去
10、执行标准化作业和其他质量管理方针以避免出现质量问题
11、积极与其他相关人员一起分析质量问题的根本原因，并采取相应的措施以避免相同问题的发生
12、根据计划执行生产安排，持续提高效率
13、当生产因为物料、设备和质量问题原因而停线时应该及时向生产主管和领班汇报，以尽快恢复生产或变更计划
14、按照要求执行日常的5S和TPM活动
15、积极地关注成本控制，并持续消除各种工作中的浪费
16、主动学习CPS，Lean和6 Sigma的知识并将相关知识应用到工作中
17、严格遵守所有的政策和方针，并完成主管或领班安排的其他任何工作
背景 / 经验 :
1、正直、良好的沟通能力，较强的承诺和团队意识
2、中专或相当教育背景，主修焊接或技工，能看懂机械图纸，懂得正常的技术要求如焊接符号、公差等
3、取得CCMC液压缸部门承认的机器人焊工资质证书和等级证书，能熟练操作斗山CNC林肯发那克(Fanuc)系统的机器人焊接设备，能从事金属切割和磨削工作
4、能使用一般的检测工具和特殊的焊接线检测工具如卡尺、卷尺、焊接线量仪等，掌握基本的焊接质量要求和了解焊接不良品的根本原因和预防措施
5、良好的5S和TPM意识
6、能读懂简单的英语，懂基本的英语焊接术语
7、具备简单的计算机操作技能
8、已经获得1条机器人焊接线所有工作资质证书，已获得液压缸所有焊接工位的验证并至少其中1个工位是关键工位，另外在去年的绩效考核中至少获得“有价值的绩效3B”评定
JOB DUTIES:
1、Perform any work station of 2 robot welding lines at least and all critical welding work stations per necessary, the task including robot welding, manual welding, testing, diagnosing, reworking, repairing on at least two product families
2、Train robot welding apprentices, robot welding technicians, robot welding specialists, to help them get work certification for normal or critical robot welding\ work station
3、Be Coordinator in sharing MRO materials monitoring, 5S & TPM audit, contact supervisor or related people when Stop to Fix happens and so on
4、Be responsible for finish the task on defined TAKT time
5、Participates in pre-shift PID (Process Improvement Dialogue), raise the issues and suggestions per the passed production, and follow all requirements from supervisor
6、Wears the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) of his position properly. Strictly follow all safety policy to avoid any injury
7、Actively participate in finding some issue and risk during production, and submit them by CI (Continue Improvement) cards actively
8、Finish all required training on time, and finish all other work-related trainings that are helpful to his/her job
9、Learns all work-related knowledge of CPS, Lean & 6 sigma actively and apply them to his/her job
10、Performs Standard Work Sheet and all other quality management policy and guideline to avoid quality issue
11、Actively works with related people to analyze the root cause of quality issue, and take the action per requirement to avoid similar issue happens again
12、Perform production per schedule completely, and continuously improve efficiency
13、Timely report to operation supervisor or team lead when the production shut down because of material, equipment and quality issues, in order to recover to production ASAP or change the schedule
14、Perform 5S and TPM (Total Productivity Maintenance) per requirement
15、Actively focus on cost saving, and continuously eliminate all sorts of waste among his/her job
16、Initiatively learn CPS, Lean & 6Sigma knowledge and make it to application
17、Seriously perform all policies and guidelines, and finish any other job, which is arranged by the supervisor or team leader
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
1、Be integrity, good communication skill, strong consciousness at commitment and teamwork
2、Require Technical secondary school or equal education background, major in weld or mechanic. Can read mechanic print, and know normal technical requirement such as weld symbol, tolerance and so on
3、Got robot welder qualification and welder grade certificates which are certified by CCMC Cylinder; Can operate CNC Lincoln Welder with Fanuc robot expertly; Can do metal cutting and grinding job
4、Can use normal inspection tool and specific weld line inspection tool such as Caliper, tape, weld line gage and so on; Master normal weld quality requirement and know the root cause and preventive action for normal weld line defects
5、Good consciousness of 5S & TPM
6、Can read simple information in English; Know simple English weld term
7、Simple computer operation skill
8、Has got all work certifications for one robot weld line; Be certified all Cylinder weld work stations at least and one of the work stations should be critical work station; Should get Valued Performance 3B at least in last year
