Role Definition.

Leads and oversees talent acquisition strategies for administrative roles across multiple plant locations in Mexico. This position manages a team of recruiters and ensures the effective execution of recruitment processes, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition leadership and business stakeholders to deliver hiring goals, drive best practices, and create strong internal customer value aligned with business growth objectives.

What you will do:

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters.
  • Drive a high-performance, results-oriented culture.
  • Monitor productivity, performance, and workload.

Recruitment Management

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment across locations.
  • Ensure delivery of key metrics (time-to-fill, quality, experience).
  • Improve sourcing and selection processes.

Talent Attraction Strategy

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies.
  • Optimize sourcing channels.
  • Track and adjust strategies based on results.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Align recruitment with workforce needs.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations.

Process & Systems

  • Ensure effective use of ATS (Workday).
  • Standardize recruitment processes.
  • Identify and resolve process gaps.

Metrics & Analytics

  • Monitor recruitment KPIs.
  • Generate reports and insights.
  • Use data to improve hiring outcomes

Degree Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree

English intermediate

Skills you will have

  • Strong ability to deliver hiring targets in high-volume, multi-location environments.

Customer Focus

  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to understanding and meeting internal customer needs.

Leadership

  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and develop recruitment teams.

Talent Attraction Strategies

  • Solid knowledge of sourcing channels, recruitment trends, and talent market dynamics.

Process Management

  • Continuous improvement, process optimization, and workflow standardization.

Additional Information:

  • The position is primarily based at Santa Catarina but will require mobility and rotation across different plants in Mexico according to operational needs
  • Work schedule: Monday – Friday on site
  • Travel 5%

Top Candidates will have:

  • Strong knowledge of the Mexican labor market.
  • Advanced knowledge with ATS systems (Workday preferred).
