Role Definition:
Implementing solutions for new and existing manufacturing projects, including design, commissioning, debugging and handover.
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing controls and robotics equipment and building systems that meets safety/electrical and controls standards.
• Communicating and leadership of suppliers, technical support to address equipment or infrastructure disruptions.
• Performing routine-to-complex engineering work potentially on multiple or large facilities.
• Manages planning, execution and control of small to medium scope facilities projects. Provides products and services to clients requirements.
Degree Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/programming/robotics or any related engineering degree.

Plant Facilities Management:

• Follows access and security control procedures and equipment.

Project Management:

• Produces standard project status reports.
Technical Troubleshooting:
• Discovers, analyzes and resolves hardware, software, or application problems.
• Works with vendor-specific diagnostic guides, tools, and utilities.
• Handles calls related to product features, applications, and compatibility standards.
• Analyzes code, logs, and current systems as part of advanced troubleshooting.
• Records and reports specific technical problems, solving processes and tools that have been used.
Top candidates may also possess:
Master of Science in Automation Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Science in Manufacturing Systems, Robotics and Automation, or related to the field.
Expert in process automation technologies, such as PLC programming (AB,SIEMENS) robotics(FANUC,KUKA), or digital manufacturing tools.
Proven track record in implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies to enhance quality and productivity.
Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of automated solutions.
Familiarity with data collection and analysis systems for monitoring and improving process performance.
Excellent communication skills to drive engagement and training related to new automation initiatives.

This position is five-day a week in-office model, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (occasionally weekend support)
