Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Development: Develop learning modules, videos, simulations, labs, assessments, and supporting materials in line with approved instructional designs, storyboards, and MTA content standards.
• Technical Accuracy & Fidelity: Ensure learning content accurately represents mining operations, MineStar products, workflows, configurations, and real‑world use cases by working closely with SMEs and reviewers.
• Multimedia & Interactive Development: Create and integrate visuals, demos, simulations, recordings, and interactive elements to enhance clarity, engagement, and learner effectiveness across learning formats.
• Content Updates & Maintenance: Maintain and update existing learning assets based on product changes, platform updates, learner feedback, and review outcomes.
• Standards Compliance: Adhere to defined content templates, style guides, tools, and review processes established by MTA content governance.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, reviewers, and Program Managers to support smooth execution and timely delivery of learning content.

Immediate Priorities (First 12 Months)

• Develop assigned MTA learning content aligned to approved designs and schedules.
• Ramp up on MineStar products, mining workflows, and MTA content standards.
• Contribute to remediation and updates of existing high‑priority learning assets.

Success Metrics

• Quality of content delivered (first‑pass review acceptance rate)
• On‑time completion of assigned learning content
• Technical accuracy and adherence to approved designs and standards
• Reduction in rework or post‑release corrections

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Mining and or MineStar Product usage/ support or similar.
• Strong ability to translate technical material into clear learning content
• Hands‑on experience with content development tools (Articulate, PowerPoint, LMS platforms, video authoring/editing tools)
• Experience working with technical SMEs and structured reviews

• Technical content development (modules, videos, simulations, labs, assessments)
• Ability to translate technical material into learnable content
• Multimedia development skills (visuals, screen recordings, demos, interactive elements)
• Strong attention to technical accuracy and detail
• Proficiency with content authoring tools (Articulate, PowerPoint, LMS, video tools)
• Ability to follow instructional designs, standards, and templates
• Collaboration with SMEs, Instructional Designers, and reviewers
• Responsiveness to feedback and iterative improvement mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in learning content development, technical training, or instructional media creation.
• Exposure to mining, heavy equipment, or industrial technology content
• Experience building simulations, labs, or scenario‑based learning
• Familiarity with adult learning principles

Location

• Bangalore or Chennai
• On‑site role (no remote option)
• No travel expected
