Role Definition
Participates in analyses and governed execution to support regional sales, product demand, and order fulfillment by ensuring accurate, timely, and scalable product configuration, pricing, and compatibility solutions aligned to the shared service operating model.

What you will do:

• Gather, analyze, and validate product configuration, pricing, and compatibility data from multiple sources to ensure accurate and repeatable processing of commercial orders within defined intake and quality gates.
• Partner with Product Groups, Manufacturing Facilities, Account Coordinators, and S&OP teams to compile, review, and maintain price lists and configuration logic that support regional product delivery calendars and launch timelines.
• Execute structured Product Configuration, Price List Change Notices (PLCNs), and compatibility updates through standardized workflows, ensuring alignment with regional demand priorities and minimizing downstream disruption.
• Establish, maintain, and audit compatibility logic for products and attachments, supporting both standard and exception scenarios while reinforcing first time right order placement.
• Act as a regional liaison for Americas South, providing bilingual (Portuguese/English) support to ensure clear communication and effective execution across local business partners.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues, supporting root cause analysis, and collaborating on scalable solutions that reduce rework and manual intervention.

What you will have:

Customer Focus:
Knowledge of the values and practices that place customer and dealer outcomes at the center of business decisions, with the ability to translate complex configuration and pricing requirements into clear, executable solutions.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking:
Ability to evaluate configuration, pricing, and compatibility scenarios using data and defined governance models, balancing speed, quality, and downstream impact.

Problem Solving:
Knowledge of structured problem‑solving techniques to identify root causes, manage exceptions, and prevent repeat issues in order processing and configuration workflows.

Relationship Management:
Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with cross‑functional partners (Product Groups, Facilities, Account Coordinators, IT, and Client Services) across regions and cultures.

Project Management:
Experience coordinating multiple work items within defined operating rhythms, supporting governed intake, prioritization, execution, and release of configuration and pricing changes.

Value Selling:
Understanding of how product configuration and pricing accuracy directly enable commercial value, order velocity, and dealer confidence in the sales process.

Basic requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
    • Advanced English proficiency.

Top candidates will have:

  • Spanish language proficiency.
    • Experience with SAP‑based product configuration, pricing, and compatibility logic.
    • Familiarity with governed intake models, quality gates, or shared‑service operating models.
    • Prior experience supporting regional or bilingual business environments, particularly within the Americas.
