Role:

Manage import/export operations, and procedures to ensure compliance with supply chain security programs, such as CTPAT and AEO (OEA). Evaluates import/export operations; ensures compliance with applicable global trade laws.

What you'll do:

• Management of supply chain security programs such as CTPAT and AEO (OEA); assisting in obtaining and preparing all necessary documentation required by authorities (CBP/SAT).
• Coordinating procedures across functions for the import and export management to ensure the execution of compliant shipments and foster a cooperative atmosphere towards customer service.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in foreign Trade or a related field
• Fluent English (Intermediate to Advanced)

Below are some of the most important skills that are required in this position:

Import/Export:

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in the management and/or implementation of supply chain security programs such as CTPAT and AEO (OEA)
• Solid knowledge of Foreign Trade regulations, practices, and trade operations.
• Understanding of import and export compliance regulations established by local and international authorities, supported by a minimum of one year of professional experience in import and export-related positions

Flexibility and Adaptability:

• Ability to adapt to a continuous changing environment of work.
• Continuously seeks to add value by introducing new methods for performing activities and implementing tools or applications to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Problem Solving:

• Knowledge of tools or techniques for recognizing and resolving problems.
• Ability to communicate effectively across different areas or departments (At different levels) to apply knowledge of problem solving to diverse situations.
