We are looking for an Operations Analyst. This person will keep an eye on the operational processes of the warehouse and increase efficiency where needed. The end goal is to grow towards a more supervising role (in shifts), but don't worry, you will get time to grow in your role and to get to know the company.

Your tasks as a Rising talent in Operations? They may include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify and follow up on action plans leading towards PQVC

  • Support project management in data analysis

  • Providing first line support towards system issues for the warehouse teams

  • Interpret figures and deep dive analysis in order to support the different internal department

  • Manage databases and reports to ensure development and analysis of the figures

Requirements

  • Background in logistics or in an analytical environment

  • Result oriented, managing priorities

  • High adaptability to changing environments

  • Analytical mindset but also hands-on

  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English

  • Strong knowledge of Excel,

  • Knowledge of SAP is great added value, but not necessary!

  • Organisational and planning skills

Logistics Management: Knowledge of logistics and management; ability to follow proper processes and run operations for effective and efficient movement of materials and finished products.
Level Basic Understanding:
• Explains how improvements in logistics contribute to competitive advantage in the marketplace.
• Identifies issues and considerations for inbound and outbound logistics.
• Documents internal and external informative sources or proprietary materials about logistics management.
• Describes basic logistical processes and sub-processes.

Supply Chain Management : Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.
Level Working Knowledge:
• Participates in supply chain analysis and uses it to spot trends and improvement opportunities.
• Works with a specific part of supply chain management process.
