Role Definition
- Coordinate management of multiple, related high-priority and/or high-risk projects where the project's scope is aligned with key strategic initiatives. Lead project teams to deliver complex business, integration, implementation projects, and continuous improvement/lean efforts.
Responsibilities
- Apply program and project management principles to manage scope, timeline, resources, stakeholders, and risk throughout the lifecycle of stategic initiatives.
- Lead high-priority projects to achieve measurable business process improvements.
- Providing technical training and guidance for continous improvement on the planning, development and implementation of process improvement.
- Utilize facilitation and consultancy skills to assist leaders in identifying growth opportunities and planning strategically.

- Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
- Six Sigma Methodology: Knowledge of the concepts of six sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control ) methodology; ability to use the methodology to improve the manufacturing processes and control the improvements by eliminating root causes.

Compensation & Benefits:
Summary Pay Range: $118,860.00 - $190,176.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance, and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
