工作职责：

1) 严格执行岗位PPE的穿戴规定，严格遵守各项安全规定避免安全伤害事故的发生。

2) 参照检验清单检验车辆检验并满足生产节拍，确保其符合卡特彼勒规范和质量要求。

3) 检验结果按照BIQ流程进行反馈和存档。

4) 根据工程师要求对质量改善验证信息进行收集及跟踪。

5) 多技能并具备非常丰富的检验知识。

6) 对挖掘机性能进行测试检验，感知并识别性能异常（液压，电器，发动机，空调，异响等），熟练检验挖机配置和外观。

7) 积极参与和识别生产过程中存在的问题和风险，提交持续改进建议卡。

8) 为检查清单完善和修改提供建议。

9) 按要求完成5S整理工作。遵守公司规章制度，完成team leader指定的其它任务。

岗位要求：

1) 为人正直，具备良好的安全意识，质量意识和学习能力，良好的表达和沟通交流能力，强烈的责任心，良好的团队间及团队内部沟通组织协调能力，有良好的包容性，具备处理突发异常的能力。

2) 专科以上学历（有工作经验或者技术学校同等学历亦可）机械专业或电气专业。

3) 有挖掘机驾驶经验优先，熟悉挖掘机各项性能，有敏锐的异常识别能力。

4) 熟悉油漆、焊接缺陷判定，静态扭矩检验等相关检验知识。

5) 理解挖掘机液压系统工作原理，辨识液压泄漏风险点。

6) 能阅读简单的英语，有一定的识图及3D模型查看能力。

具备简单的计算机操作能力, 包括MS office办公软件。
