What You Will Do
Leads a team comprised of territory managers and sales support reps to meet revenue and growth goals. Responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing and mentoring a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth while maintaining outstanding client relationships.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, and monitor performance regularly.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation and customer engagement.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, addressing their financial needs effectively.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with Dealers and industry partners.
Resolve escalated customer and product issues promptly.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
What Skills You Will Have:
Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in financial services or equipment finance.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Client-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Pre-advanced english
Note: This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
