Role Definition:
Oversee the manufacturing process for welded structures using appropriate technologies, tools, and equipment.
What You Will Do:
- Examine and resolve defects in workpieces using various technologies, tools, and equipment.
- Adhere to quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure that workpieces are fabricated according to specifications.
- Design and/or maintain manufacturing processes to weld metal parts together in required configurations.
- Utilize expertise in manual and automatic welding systems to safely and accurately fabricate high-quality metal structures.
Education requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent.
- Intermediate level of English communication required.

- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and processes.
- Determines, contacts, and negotiates with external suppliers for machinery, tools, and consumable spare parts.
- Analyzes engineering change notices, identifies impacts on parts or processes, and implements required changes within automated processes.
- Responds directly to customer complaints or inquiries and implements necessary process improvements.
Problem Solving:
- Explains the importance of a disciplined approach to problem-solving.
- Describes problem reporting and escalation practices.
- Applies established procedures for problem analysis and resolution.
- Identifies key problem-solving techniques relevant to their area of expertise.
Top Candidates Will Have:
- Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification (preferred).
Additional Information:
- Located in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.
- Schedule set to Monday to Friday, 6:24 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Availability to work weekends
- Availability to travel (10%) Nationally.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
- Domestic relocation bonus not available.
