严格按照工艺要求完成岗位生产，确保操作与工艺要求一致性

严格执行质量控制措施，如首件测量，过程自检等，并能单独完成尺寸核验及加工数据调整

严格执行刀具管理，并按要求领用和更换刀具

积极配合相关人员分析发生问题的根本原因并按要求执行改进措施，避免类似问题再次发生

当因原材料、设备及质量等原因导致生产中断时应及时报告生产主管或班组长，以便尽快恢复生产或接受其他生产任务

背景及能力要求 / Background and ability requirements:
正直，能够与车间内各层级人员保持良好的沟通，强烈的责任心和团队精神
Integrity, ability to maintain good communication with every employee in the workshop, strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
中专及以上学历, 机械类相关专业，熟悉机加工图纸
Technical secondary school degree or above, mechanical related major, familiar with machining drawing.
具备良好的安全和质量意识, 严格按规定和流程操作
Have good safety and quality awareness and operate in strict accordance with regulations and procedures.
具备良好的5S和TPM (全员生产维护) 理念
Have good 5S and TPM (Total Production and Maintenance) concepts.
具备指导和培训他人的能力
Ability to guide and train others.
具备简单的计算机操作能力
Have simple computer operation skills.
具备2年以上机加工操作经验，有大件机加工经验者优先
Have more than 2 years of experience in machining operations. Applicants with experience in large-scale machining will be given priority.
取得卡特彼勒上岗认定，完成卡特彼勒（吴江）工厂定义的所有必须培训并且考核合格
Obtain Caterpillar job certification, complete all training requirements specified by Caterpillar (Wujiang) factory and pass the assessment.
