Role Definition:
Designs, implements, commissions, and supports electrical power, control, and automation systems for new and existing manufacturing projects, ensuring safe, reliable, energy-efficient, and compliant operation of production equipment and plant electrical infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Designs and implements power distribution, motor control, grounding, protection, lighting, and industrial control systems.
- Develops electrical drawings, calculations, specifications, and installation documents.
- Leads installation, testing, commissioning, startup, and handover for equipment and facility projects.
- Troubleshoots electrical and automation systems, performs root cause analysis, and improves reliability and uptime.
- Ensures compliance with electrical codes, safety requirements, lockout/tagout procedures, and company standards.
- Coordinates cross-functional teams, suppliers, and contractors throughout project execution.
- Manages electrical projects and identifies energy, capacity, reliability, and cost improvements.
Degree Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering.
- Advanced English.

- Coordinates safe installations, shutdowns, inspections, maintenance, and contractor work.
Problem Solving:
- Uses structured troubleshooting, drawings, system data, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes.
- Implements and verifies actions that improve safety, reliability, and uptime.
Process Management:
- Improves engineering workflows for design, change control, installation, commissioning, and handover.
- Maintains controlled documentation and monitors performance, recurring failures, delays, and improvement opportunities.
Project Management:
- Defines project scope, cost, schedule, resources, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinates execution and tracks risks, costs, milestones, documentation, and commitments while minimizing production impact.
Technical Troubleshooting:
- Diagnoses faults in power, motors, drives, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, instrumentation, networks, and control panels.
- Safely isolates failures and documents findings, repairs, results, and lessons learned.
Top candidates may also possess:
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Automation, Energy Management, or related field.
- Industrial power distribution, protection, emergency power, and critical-asset maintenance expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs, HMI/SCADA, networks, robotics, and drives.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, EPLAN, or similar tools.
- Lean Six Sigma, project management, electrical safety, or functional safety certification.

- Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon.
- This position is six-day a week in-office model
