If you are passionate about manufacturing leadership, developing people, and leading meaningful change, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do

  • Lead all aspects of Menominee Campus operations, including coupling manufacturing, hose assembly, warehousing, and distribution, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance while exceeding customer expectations.

  • Develop and execute the site's strategic vision and long-term operational plans to support business growth, customer demand, capacity requirements, inventory optimization, and cost competitiveness.

  • Drive sustainable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, customer service, employee engagement, and operational performance through disciplined execution and continuous improvement.

  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team, strengthening organizational capability, succession planning, talent development, and accountability at every level.

  • Champion a Safety-Driven culture where employees are empowered to identify risks, solve problems, and continuously improve the work environment while maintaining compliance with environmental, labor, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.

  • Lead digital transformation, automation, capital investment strategies, and data-driven initiatives that improve productivity, enhance decision-making, increase capacity, and position the facility for future growth.

  • Partner with business unit leaders, customers, suppliers, community stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver business results, manage risk, and ensure operational continuity.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning while promoting Caterpillar's values and commitment to excellence in everything we do.
