Job Summary
We are looking for a competent Senior Parts Order Analyst for our Aftermarket Parts distribution. There is a high sense of urgency associated with this role with emphasis on timely and accurate solutions on dealer/customer problems. Responsibility includes to perform complex analytical work, identify and resolves problems that are less tactical and more strategic in nature
What You Will Do:
- Provide Order Analytics study on regular basis for order flow/pattern with a focus on segments, parts, customers, and regions.
- Regular reporting of the findings to higher management and work on corrective/preventive actions.
- Lead Global/region specific projects to drive improvements to support Order Management Strategy Monitoring and following (and at times placing) parts orders including addressing back orders collaborating with supply base, purchasing, warehouse, quality, product group, etc.
- Develop & implement solutions based on root cause analysis to prevent reoccurrence of defects Educate dealers/customers on the technology/process on need basis Building Rapport and communicating on a regular basis with the appropriate facility and process partner contact on order status and details while developing an understanding of expectations of the business segment being supported.
- Hold periodic or as-needed meetings/calls with respective network customer services staff and expediting teams to address/clarify issues and questions and to stay current on ordering processes, part status and/or system updates.
- This may require some flexibility in hours to accommodate dealer discussions.
Order Management Goals, but are not limited to:
- Identify opportunities on anomaly for dealer orders
- Timely completion of projects assigned
- Accountable for timeliness and quality of delivery on dealer/customer problems
- Initiative and possibly other aspects with respect to engaging help to identify solutions
- Cross functional support
- Improve service fill for Dealer/Customer orders
- Others as determined with supervisor
What You Have:
- Bachelor degree / Diploma (3 years) with equivalent experience
- Minimum nine years of job-related experience in supply chain domain
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and to communicate effectively across diverse cultures and background
- Ability to handle dealer concerns and complaints effectively and negotiate best solution among many parties involved
- SAS Knowledge to facilitate order analytics and other related processes.
- Should be a team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills
- Additional Information:
- Should be willing to work in AP/EAME/US shifts
- This position requires no more than 5% travel
