Role Definition:

Manages strategic breakthrough multiple facilities in Mexico to deliver year over year Quality Cost Logistics Development Management (QCLDM) performance improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the development, communication, and implementation of a regional sourcing strategy.

• Identifying performance gaps within the supply base and developing improvement plans.

• Evaluating strategic options and implementing actions.

• Drive sustainable cost savings and productivity initiatives across categories to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.

• Identify, validate, and deliver year-over-year savings targets, aligned with business financial goals and margin improvement.

• Balance cost optimization with quality, supply continuity, and innovation, ensuring long-term value over short-term savings

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, International Business, or a related field.

• Advanced English

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or International Business or related to the field.

• Experience in Contract Negotiation, Supplier Agreements, Procurement Analytics, Spend Analysis, Cost Reduction, Supplier Risk Management and Supply Continuity, Audit, Compliance, and Internal Controls,

• Expert in Excel, Power BI, SAP, or ERP Procurement Systems Training,

Additional Information:

• Location: Santa Catarina Nuevo Leon.

• This position is five-day a week in-office model.

• Domestic and international travel up to 25%

• Valid Travel Visa and Passport
