Job Title: Marketing & Sales Operations Representative
Salary Grade: £50,000 to £62,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Wimborne

About Us
Caterpillar Marine Power UK Ltd is located on the outskirts of Wimborne on the Ferndown and Uddens Business Improvement District. Positioned centrally along the south coast, it is located close to national and international transport links.
With approximately 130 members of staff, there is a long and distinguished history spanning over 50 years of manufacturing marine propulsion and auxiliary engines under the Cat® and Perkins Marine® brands. Genset packages ranging from 1.5 Litre to 7.1 Litre and 7.1 Litre propulsion engines are produced at the Wimborne site.
The facility employs a wealth of hugely experienced designers, engineers and technicians used to providing solutions for commercial, pleasure, and military customers. From the design, testing and building, each engine is proven before leaving the premises to ensure the best performance for the end-user.
Job Summary
Advising on marketing and sales initiatives and dealer/customer related strategies, systems and processes.
What You Will Do:
Enable Services Revenue growth by supporting Cat Marine teams in deploying customer experience and service operations initiatives.
Develop deep expertise to advise Cat Marine and dealers on process improvement on areas such as customer management, service transformation, customer onboarding.
Ensure delivery of Strategic Growth Council objectives, through the growth planning process. Measure dealer performance and support Cat Marine on developing improvement action plans and gap resolution initiatives to support Cat Marine growth objectives.
Actively support Cat Marine by resolving problems regarding business plan execution, operational improvement, and achievement of targets.
What You Have:

What Will Put You Ahead
Ability to speak French is an advantage.
Previous marine experience, specifically in service operations.
The role will involve Cat dealer and customer site visits to understand on the ground operations and take Cat Marine customer experience to the next level.
Additional information:
This role requires 5 days in the office model. Ad-hoc flexibility is accommodated aligned with Business needs.
