What You Will Do:
• 负责发动机试验室设备及系统的安装、接线、调试及投运，包括发动机试验台架及相关配套系统
• 在试验过程中提供设备运行保障支持，监控设备状态，发现异常及时参与排查与故障处理
• 支持发动机台架的日常运行，提供现场技术支持并确保设备稳定可靠运行
• 协助开展设备故障及试验异常分析，参与 BIQ 问题记录及初步原因分析
• 配合工程师及供应商完成设备调试、问题验证及系统恢复运行
• 按要求执行设备点检、预防性维护及日常保养工作，确保设备良好状态
• 严格遵守试验室操作规范及 EHS 要求，及时识别并上报安全隐患
• 协助整理和维护设备运行、故障处理及维护相关技术记录和文档
What Skills You Will Have:
• 具备较强的动手能力，能够独立或协助完成设备安装、调试及故障处理
• 熟悉基础机械、电气或自动化系统工作原理
• 具备发动机的基础知识，基本的问题分析和排查能力
• 具备良好的安全意识，能够严格按照标准流程操作
• 具备良好的团队协作和沟通能力
Required Qualifications:
• 中专或大专及以上学历，机械工程、电气工程、自动化或相关专业
• 具备基础设备操作及维护能力
• 熟悉office办公软件
Desired Qualifications:
• 有发动机试验室或相关测试领域工作经验者优先
• 熟悉发动机台架、测试系统或相关设备者优先
• 有参与设备安装、调试或技术改造项目经验者优先
