  • Develop and compare alternative solution approaches, including analysis of risks and benefits, to support decision making.
  • Produce clear problem statements, impact assessments, and requirements to enable effective IT solutions.

Collaboration, Delivery & Improvement (Project Management – Working Knowledge)

  • Support planning and execution of small to mid-sized initiatives by contributing to schedules, task breakdowns, and status reporting.
  • Assist with coordination of business and IT stakeholders during analysis, planning, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Provide input to project tracking artifacts and produce standard status updates.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, standardization, and analytics maturity initiatives across supported areas.

What You Have:

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and develop meaningful insights and solution options.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Capability to analyze enterprise data and present results through clear, accurate reports and dashboards.
  • Requirements Analysis: Ability to elicit, document, and communicate business and system requirements that enable successful IT delivery.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on data accuracy, completeness, and validation.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to explain analytical and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Advanced experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying, validating, and analyzing large datasets.
  • Experience working with SAP, preferably Billing, Pricing, and/or Global Trade Services (GTS).
