Role Mission:
Support the successful execution of process re‑engineering initiatives and strategy portfolio management through strong project management discipline, monitoring, and reporting. This role enables visibility, execution rigor, and informed decision‑making, ensuring initiatives progress as planned and issues are surfaced early.
Core Accountabilities:
- Execution Support for Process Re‑engineering: Support execution of IT process re‑engineering initiatives by tracking pilots, rollout activities, and agreed roadmaps; coordinate actions across teams and ensure alignment with defined standards and timelines.
- Project & PMO Execution: Lead day‑to‑day project management and PMO activities for demand, portfolio, and process‑related initiatives, including planning, tracking milestones, managing risks and dependencies, and maintaining execution discipline.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor project and initiative health across schedules, milestones, and delivery commitments. Produce concise status reports, dashboards, and insights to support leadership reviews and escalations.
- Governance Support: Prepare materials for governance forums, track decisions and actions, and ensure follow‑through, operating within standards and direction set by process and portfolio owners.

Basic requirements:
Bachelor Degree
Experience Level: 5+ years in project management, PMO, delivery coordination, or IT operations roles.
Delivery Exposure: Experience supporting cross‑functional IT initiatives, programs, or transformation efforts.
Governance Familiarity: Working knowledge of IT delivery, governance forums, and reporting cadences.
Methodologies: Practical exposure to Lean, 6 Sigma, Agile, hybrid, or structured project delivery methods.
Pre-Advanced English or higher
Top Candidates will also have:
ITIL, 6 Sigma Green Belt, Lean, PMI/Scrum
Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
