If these characteristics describe you – look no further! Caterpillar Netherlands is looking for a Payroll Specialist (HR Compensation and Benefits Partner ) to support their local team in Den Bosch.

What you will do:  

• Managing Payroll-related projects focusing on development, optimization and compliance including the continuous improvement of HR policies 

• Being responsible for the complete operation of salary processing for all employees in Den Bosch 

• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert of Compensation and Benefits inquiries advising the employees and supporting the Business (including but not limited to employment benefits arrangements, up-to-date Dutch legislation and CLA-related issues) 

• Participating in annual audit – providing evidence, guidance and explanation 

• Preparing HR documentation for employees in connection with onboarding, transfer and termination. 

• Supporting the daily for of Managment with various reports (e.g. headcount reports, pension funds, insurance) 

• Managing system data in different platforms (Paymaster, Workday) 

• Acting as a liaison between the company and different external stakeholders (Pension fund, Insurance companies, UWV) 

You will have:  

• HBO level education and a PDL and/or VPS  

• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Dutch Payroll Legislations and processes  

• Ability to transfer numerical data into business insight  

• Great command of both Dutch and English languages to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. 

• Aptitude and willingness towards continuous learning  

• You are available 32 to 40 hours per week
