About the Opportunity

MineStar is transforming the way mines operate through automation, digitalisation, analytics and AI. As Lead Product Owner, Productivity Solutions, you will shape and deliver digital products that improve safety, efficiency and operational performance for mining customers globally.

This role translates customer and business needs into clear product priorities, roadmaps and deliverable solutions integrated with the MineStar ecosystem.

Working across product, engineering, architecture, data and user experience teams, you will focus delivery capacity on the highest-value work and ensure solutions achieve measurable customer and business outcomes.

What you will be involved in:

• Own product vision, roadmap, backlog and lifecycle priorities for Productivity Solutions.
• Translate customer and business problems into clear requirements, features and user stories.
• Prioritise work based on value, effort, risk, dependencies and available delivery capacity.
• Partner with architecture, engineering, data, UI/UX and adoption teams through design, delivery and release.
• Engage customers and stakeholders, communicate priorities and manage expectations.
• Measure adoption and value, using evidence to improve, standardise, consolidate or retire products.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced product professional who can connect customer needs, business priorities and technical delivery in a complex digital environment.

You will bring:

• Significant experience as a Product Owner, Lead/Snr. Business Analyst or similar digital product professional.
• Proven experience managing software or digital products across the full product lifecycle.

• Strong capability in product roadmaps, backlog management, requirements and prioritisation.
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams and tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Ability to balance customer value, business outcomes, technical considerations and capacity.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience across multiple products, initiatives and globally distributed teams.
• Background in mining, industrial technology, data, analytics, AI, automation or cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of MineStar or comparable mining technology platforms is desirable.

• Full-time position based in Brisbane or Perth.
• No domestic or international relocation offered.
