职位职责：

• 审核员工严格按照公司相关管理规定和各项作业指导书进行操作；
• 独立完成日常班组人员管理工作；
• 对事前跟进，发现潜在风险后，提前给员工预警;
• 做好5S审核工作，以保持仓库工作场所整洁、有序；
• 不断加强班组的质量、安全意识，提升工作技能，提高工作效率；
• 能按主管要求独立发展和制定合理、有效的仓库操作流程;
• 紧急情况时能够操作叉车进行货物的装卸、存储；
• 日常报告和报表的设计和更新；IRA&MPU等报告的根本原因分析;
• 主管不在时，顶替主管日常的管理工作；
• 配合主管安排的其它工作。

职位要求：

• 中专及以上学历，持有叉车证；熟练驾驶前移式叉车&前移式叉车；
• 至少5年以上的仓库工作经验；
• 带5-10人团队3年以上；项目经验&数据分析能力RCCA；
