主要工作职责

1. 工具日常维护保养

按照维护计划完成生产工具的日常保养工作。

对电动工具、气动工具、扭矩工具等进行定期检查和清洁。

对发现异常的工具及时维修或安排外部维修。

建立并维护工具履历及维修记录。

2. 工具校验与验证

按照校验计划完成扭矩工具、量具和检测设备的周期校验。

使用标准设备进行工具精度验证和性能确认。

确保所有工具校验状态符合公司及客户要求。

对超差工具进行隔离、标识和处理。

3. 生产现场支持

快速响应产线工具故障需求。

支持产线工具更换、调试和问题排查。

协助处理因工具异常引起的质量问题。

保障生产过程中工具可用率。

4. 工具资产管理

负责工具台账建立与维护。

管理工具编号、校验标签和状态标识。

跟踪工具校验到期情况。

配合完成工具盘点工作。

5. 持续改进

收集工具故障数据并开展原因分析。

提出工具可靠性及使用效率改善建议。

参与工具管理流程优化和标准化建设。

协助推进现场安全改善项目。

6. EHS与质量管理

遵守公司安全管理要求。

正确使用个人防护用品（PPE）。

按照质量体系要求保存相关记录。

发现安全风险及时上报并推动整改。

任职资格

• 有制造业相关工作经验。
• 有装配工厂工具管理、设备维护或校验经验优先。
