Job Summary
The Engineering Change Management (ECM) Analyst is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end implementation of Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs), ensuring timely execution of design changes while minimizing supply chain, inventory, cost, and production risks. The role partners with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Planning teams to drive change readiness, implementation, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze released ECNs for completeness, impact, and implementation requirements.
• Assess impacts to parts, suppliers, inventory, production, and business systems.
• Develop and coordinate ECN implementation plans, timelines, and stakeholder actions.
• Ensure supplier, material, packaging, and manufacturing readiness for change implementation.
• Maintain accurate product structure, BOM/MBOM, revision, and change-management data in enterprise systems.
• Drive cross-functional issue resolution and risk mitigation to ensure seamless implementation.
• Monitor compliance with change-management processes, effectivity controls, and implementation milestones.
• Generate KPI reports, analyze implementation performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Experience in Engineering Change Management, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, or Product Configuration Management.
• Knowledge of ERP, PLM, and change-management systems.
