【工作内容】
1、负责生产线机械设备的日常巡检、润滑保养及故障排查，确保设备稳定运行；
2、执行设备定期维护计划，更换磨损零部件，完成预防性维修与紧急抢修任务；
3、参与新设备调试安装，协助优化设备运行参数，提升生产效率与良品率；
4、记录维修数据与故障原因，编制设备档案，提出技术改进建议并落实整改。

【任职要求】
1、大专及以上学历，机械自动化、机电一体化或相关专业背景，
2、具备2年以上重工行业设备维修经验，熟悉液压、气动系统及电气控制原理；
3、能熟练识读机械图纸与电气原理图，掌握万用表、示波器等常用检测工具使用；
4、具备较强的动手能力和应急处理能力，工作严谨负责，能适应倒班及现场作业。
5，必须具备低压电工证以及接受三班倒
6，熟悉PLC设备调试并且具备相关经验
