What you will do:

• Leading the execution of delivering a lean, responsive, and resilient material and services flow for the facility from source to dock and additional required points.
• Managing team that is responsible for operating, monitoring and improving the supply management procurement functions to meet the defined response time, cost, quality, and delivery targets enabling optimal and efficient facility operations.
• Ensuring the supplier base can meet the specific goals for Quality, Cost and Delivery.

• Collaborating with global business partners and suppliers, on resolving supplier issues and working in projects to improve the business outcome.

• Maintain and develop a strong and high performing team.

Skills:

Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Purchasing Tasks and Activities: Knowledge of policies, regulations and processes of purchasing; ability to use practices and procedures for procurement of materials, components, equipment and services.

Basic requirements:

- Bachelor's degree

- Leadership experience

- Advanced English
