Job Summary:

As a Project Specialist you will help plan, organize, and implement programs that support business priorities, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will manage program and project processes, monitor progress and team performance, coordinate deliverables, and prepare reporting for leadership. You will use strong project management, analytical thinking, planning, and relationship management skills to keep initiatives moving with clarity, accountability, and measurable progress. This position is ideal for someone who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and adapt in a fast-changing environment. A degree or equivalent experience is desired for this position.

What you will do:

  • Manage the planning, organization, and implementation of assigned programs and initiatives.

  • Oversee project processes and procedures while monitoring productivity and performance of project teams.

  • Manage all aspects of projects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, tracking progress, and summarizing updates.

  • Review project materials, deliverables, methodologies, and procedures to help ensure adherence to expected standards.

  • Prepare and present program-level reporting for upper management and key stakeholders.

  • Develop, refine, and communicate tactical plans aligned to unit goals, technical objectives, business priorities, and broader strategic plans.

  • Analyze complex issues by identifying discrepancies, root causes, risks, benefits, and alternative solutions before recommending a course of action.

  • Plan, estimate, staff, organize, monitor, and control significant projects while identifying risks, creating contingency plans, and maintaining communication among participants.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business or functional requirements to support successful project and program outcomes.

  • Build productive working relationships with clients, peers, vendors, sponsors, and cross-functional partners to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.

What You Have:

  • Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.

  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Basic requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

  • Pre Advanced English.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, program management, PMO, or related project delivery roles.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving business and technical stakeholders.

  • Experience managing project schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop recommendations.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.

  • Experience working with global teams and supporting international projects is preferred.

  • Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and project requirements.

Top candidates will also have:

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent project/program management certification.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or global corporate environment.

  • Experience with SAP, ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Power BI, or other enterprise platforms.

  • Experience supporting digital transformation, ERP implementations, software development programs, cybersecurity initiatives, or enterprise technology projects.

  • Experience leading projects with budgets, vendors, and external partners.

Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
