The China Regional Treasury Center is seeking a talented and motivated Finance Analyst. This role will support the execution of Caterpillar’s Global Finance Strategy to standardize and simplify Treasury operations, provide trusted and valuable Treasury support to the business, and identify digital opportunities that create value across the enterprise.
Primary Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Drive treasury operational excellence, including cash flow forecasting, cash positioning, funding, bank account management, and foreign exchange management.
Lead and support treasury projects focused on continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
Partner with business partners to provide value-added advice and help solve business challenges and support business growth.
Leverage digital tools and technologies to drive innovation, automation, and support Caterpillar’s Global Finance Strategy.
Ensure compliance with treasury policies, procedures, regulations.
The skills required for the role are:
Basic Understanding in Accuracy and Attention to Detail
Basic Understanding in Communicating Complex Concepts
Extensive Experience in Problem Solving
Basic Understanding in Relationship Management
Working Knowledge in Planning and Organizing
Basic Understanding in Financial Market
Working Knowledge in Financial Analysis
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or information technology
3+ years of finance or Treasury related experience
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
Good analytical, communication and process management skills
Demonstrated learning agility, and problem-solving capability.
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated commitment to ensure a strong compliance culture
Demonstrated courage and emotional intelligence
Project management experience
High level of initiative, values, and stress tolerance
This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
