该岗位主要负责 CXL LHEX 结构件的制造运营，管理约 300 人规模的生产团队，并直接领导 7 名直线下属。高级生产经理需通过卓越的运营管理与团队领导能力，确保业务目标的稳定达成，同时持续支持和推动制造体系的长期卓越发展。
The Senior Manager Production (DB01) is responsible for leading full‑shift production operations across a large manufacturing plant or multiple manufacturing facilities. This role has full accountability for production safety, quality, cost, delivery, and compliance, while driving continuous improvement to enhance overall manufacturing performance.
This position has primary responsibility for the manufacturing operations of CXL LHEX Fabrication, leading an organization of around 300 employees, including 7 direct reports. Through strong operational leadership and people management, the Senior Manager Production ensures consistent achievement of business objectives while supporting the long‑term excellence and sustainability of the manufacturing system.
What You Will Do:

Oversee and manage daily production operations across all shifts to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are achieved.负责生产及管理团队的人员配置、绩效管理、人才发展与继任计划。
Be responsible for staffing, performance management, talent development, and succession planning for production and management teams.推动持续改进，提升制造效率、运营绩效与成本竞争力。
Drive continuous improvement to enhance manufacturing efficiency, operational performance, and cost competitiveness.确保符合安全、环保及各项法规要求，打造稳健的安全文化。
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, while fostering a strong safety culture.管理生产计划、系统资源与运营节奏，保障资源高效利用与按期交付。
Manage production plans, system resources, and operational rhythm to ensure efficient resource utilization and on-time delivery.领导复杂运营问题的分析与解决，推动可持续解决方案落地。
Lead the analysis and resolution of complex operational issues, and drive the implementation of sustainable solutions.
What You Have:
制造运营管理：具备大型制造或生产运营管理的丰富经验。
Manufacturing Operations Management: Extensive experience in managing large-scale manufacturing or production operations.安全与法规合规：能够确保运营活动符合安全、环保及法规要求。
Safety and Regulatory Compliance: Ability to ensure operations comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.问题解决能力：擅长识别、分析并解决复杂运营与组织问题。
Problem-Solving Skills: Skilled in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex operational and organizational issues.分析性思维：能够基于数据进行根因分析并评估风险、成本与收益。
Analytical Thinking: Ability to conduct root cause analysis based on data and assess risks, costs, and benefits.绩效管理与人员领导力：有效领导并发展管理层与生产团队。

Nice to Have
机械制造或其他相关工程类专业背景者优先。
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Manufacturing or other related engineering disciplines is preferred.具备工程机械产品结构件制造相关经验者优先。
Prior experience in the manufacturing of construction machinery structural components is preferred.具备精益生产（Lean Manufacturing）背景者优先。
A background in Lean Manufacturing is preferred.
