What you will do:
As a Manager Analytics you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of engineers, delivering innovative digital solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of complex solutions, as well as:
- Providing technical support, and direction to teams and team leaders. Acquiring resources necessary to accomplish work on time.
- Overseeing performance of individual team members and team as a whole. Identifying and addressing staff training and development needs.
- Coordinating walkthroughs and reviews, ensuring conformance to standards and adherence to design specifications.
This position works directly with Slovakia based engineering leadership and Cat Digital IT in the US.
What you have:
- Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
- Organizational Leadership: Knowledge of leadership concepts and ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives.
- Machine Learning: Knowledge of principles, technologies and algorithms of machine learning; ability to develop, implement and deliver related systems, products and services.
- A degree from an accredited college or university in relevant field (such as Computer Science, AI, Mathematics)
- Solid experience in data science/data analytics and/or hands-on data science team management role.
- Experience with leading data science/data analytics projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools.
Top candidates will also have:
- Strong statistical knowledge, experience with ML, regression models, data mining techniques etc.
- Demonstrated leadership on medium or larger data science projects.
- Ability to cope with shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize, delegate responsibilities and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Passion for technology and innovation and building high performance teams.

€52,824.00
